Flights

The Amanyara can be reached by flying into Providenciales International Airport (PLS), which is served by direct flights from many major cities including New York, London, Miami, Toronto, Dallas, Boston, & Atlanta.  We recommend arriving by the afternoon of Friday,  April 24th  to enjoy all the festivities.  Please consider booking your flights soon. Once you have your itinerary confirmed, please share with us on the RSVP page.

Lodging

All hotel accommodations have been taken care of for your Friday and Saturday night stays. Rooms have been reserved at the Amanyara and Gansevoort resorts for the nights of April 24-25th, and airport transfers will be arranged.  In the weeks leading up to the event we will be in contact with you to confirm details. 

Should you wish to arrive early or extend your visit to the island, please email us at melanieandneeraj@gmail.com and we can provide booking information, including special wedding rates.  Booking must be completed directly with the resort for the wedding rate, so let us know and we'll get you sorted out!

Activities

For guests staying at the Amanyara, you'll have access to many activities. Some require sign-up with the hotel in advance so please plan accordingly.

  • Snorkeling - Complimentary snorkel trips depart daily from the Beach at 10:00am, 11:15am, and 2:00pm, weather permitting. Reservations mandatory as space is limited to 4 guests.
  • Afternoon Tea - Complimentary afternoon tea is served at The Bar from 3:30pm until 4:30pm.
  • Complimentary Fitness Classes - Yoga classes are held from Monday to Saturday at 9:15am.  Qi Gong classes are held on Sunday at 9:15am.  Pilate classes take place on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at 3:00pm at The Spa.  If you would like to join a class, please sign up with the Spa by 6:00pm the  evening prior. 
  • The Spa - Amanyara’s wellness facility features four double treatment rooms, a yoga  pavilion, watsu swimming pool, mani/pedi pavilion and a spa boutique.  Appointments necessary. Wedding guests will receive 20% off spa services.
  • Tennis - Complimentary Rackets, Balls and Shoes are provided if necessary. You can play tennis with Head Pro as well as Tennis Pro who are available as hitting partners.
  • Movies -  Movies are shown nightly at 9:30pm in the Screening Room. Popcorn and soft drinks are served. DVDs and Music CDs are available in the Library for playing the privacy of your Pavilion or Villa.
  • Bicycle Sharing - “Beach Cruiser” Bicycles are available for shared use to the guests on a communal short-term basis and can be found around Amanyara on wooden bike racks.

For guests staying at the Gansevoort, you'll have access to many activities as well including Paddle Boarding, Kayaking, Hobie Cats, Snorkeling, and Scuba Diving, to name a few.  To see a full list of options and sign up in advance please visit:
